Dear USATF South Carolina Member,
Our Annual Association Meeting is set for Sunday, September 17, 2023 via Zoom pursuant to USATF-SC Bylaw Article 7A.3. We hope you will take the time to attend and support USATF South Carolina. Elections for the five (5) Association Officers will be held this year. Please remember that in order to participate in the election process, (vote, run for office, nominate or 2nd any nomination), you must have a current USATF-SC membership and new members must have purchased their membership at least thirty (30) days prior to the meeting date. Detailed information on the election process with be sent to all members within the next 15 days.

Title your email “USATF-SC 2023 Annual Meeting” and include your – NAME, USATF Membership #, the CONSTITUENCY you intend to vote in, and EMAIL Address.
An invite to join the meeting in the Zoom app or by phone will be emailed to all verified members by noon on September 17, 2023.
