NOTICE OF ANNUAL MEETING
Dear USATF South Carolina Members,
The USATF South Carolina Association Annual Meeting is set for 12:30 pm on Saturday, September 12, 2026. The meeting will be held in a hybrid format with members choosing to attend either in person in downtown Columbia SC or through Zoom. For those choosing to attend in person, there will be a light lunch provided at 12:00 pm. This year we will hold special elections for both the 1st Vice President and 2nd Vice President USATF South Carolina Association Officers. Please remember that in order to participate in the election process, (vote, run for office, nominate or 2nd any nomination), you must have a current USATF-SC membership and new members must have purchased their membership at least thirty (30) days prior to the meeting date. Detailed information on the election process can be found on the USATFSC website.
